Professional from start to finish! Explained everything thoroughly and now I have new windows that look fantastic

We are very happy with Spicer Bros and their installation of a new roof on our home. We were able to upgrade at no extra cost to shingles that reflect sunlight and should keep our attic 20-30% cooler. They installed the roof within a few weeks after we went to contract and completed the job within 1-1/2 days. And it looks great! All of the Spicer employees were polite and helpful - beginning with our sales consultant Artie, our Proj Mgr Brandon, our install supervisor JR, the installers themselves, and the staff people at their office. And they did a terrific job cleaning up the debris after they were done! I cut the grass right after they finished and I woulda known right away if there were any errant nails. None! We would definitely recommend Spicer Bros for anyone needing a new roof!

Steve the Foreman, Juan and crew did a fantastic job in removing entire roof, boards, ect, and replacing the entire roof. We are disappointed in the sales department who ordered the wrong roofing nails once the job started. We paid for the entire operation and costs at time of signing the contract. The roofing materials seemed to take an extraordinary amount of time to arrive at their warehouse to even start the job. We had to call them constantly for updates , and in customer service they should have touched base with us regarding the issues with our order ( ALREADY PAID FOR ). We were very satisfied with the work when completed as noted above . Our suggestions for improvement would be to keep your customers informed of the parts status. Roofing materials that were needed to start the job, and not leave us hanging for weeks. Respectfully, Bob and Tracey Rowzee-Lowry

Spicer Brothers did an OUTSTANDING Job on our roof installation! From Matthew Wallace coming out and arranging an expedited installation once realizing a tarp was too dangerous to install. Then Doug, Dave Webster and Brandon came out on Thursday and cut out the old siding for new flashing preparation. They did excellent work, were very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job in cleaning up work site. We were very pleased! Then Installation began on Friday (the following week) and roof completed on Saturday with exception of flashing completed one week later on Monday. We had some damage done to our facia board from their ladder laying against it but was quickly addressed and replaced at no charge to us. Josh Maddox and his crew (Javier) did an OUTSTANDING Job on the roof installation! Josh want over and beyond with his supervision and hands on expertise! He even swept our attic from all the debris from removing the old roof, while building a support for our chimney that was also brought down below the new roof line! The clean up was Amazing inside and outside! As if Spicer Brothers was never here! I hope this company appreciates the value in all the employees that came here and are Rewarded fairly with good pay! Especially Josh Maddox! He definitely deserves a big raise! Can’t say enough about his professionalism/ work ethics! Ross Spicer came out with Candido and Romeo to finish the flashing the following week after the roof installation. It was also a real pleasure to deal with Ross/crew as well! Very professional and Courteous! They also did excellent work! I would highly recommend Spicer Brothers to do your new roof installation! 5 Star Quality all the way! After being ripped off so many times in the pass with terrible contractors, it was so nice and refreshing to have a quality job finally done for us! Thank You Matthew, Brandon, Doug, Dave Webster, Josh Maddox, Javier’s crew, Ross Spicer and his crew, Candido and Romeo! Job well done!

On a Monday, David W. & Doug {dynamic duo} came to remove the A Frame Pitch – it looks like there was never one previously at all. They removed the gutters & tarped the area so there would be no condensation build up. Both gentlemen were so nice, kind, and informative of their work. On Tuesday Steve H. came out with his crucial crew of 4 to replace my roof. All 5 gentlemen were also very nice, kind, and informative when necessary. On Wednesday David W. came back to finish the fascia board + soffit, and once again extremely professional and considerate. Everyone did a great job cleaning up when finished. I have also had multiple conversations with my Sales Representative Matt Wallace who represents himself & Spicer Brothers in a highly impeccable manner. I have had nothing but the BEST experience EVER. The work that has been performed has well exceeded my expectations, which I feel looks 1,000 times better than when I first purchased my home brand new years ago. Kaitlyn & Khady & Riley have kept me informed of when people are coming out & what is being done. I am so pleased with Spicer Brothers & all of their people that represent them that I am now having them remodel my master bathroom. I highly recommend this Company, and am so appreciative of everything they have done for me & my family – what a beautiful blessing.

I had a total roof replacement this past week. Steve and his crew came here between 7-7:30 am as I was told and finished within a day. They were nonstop. Each man new what he had to do. They were professional, polite and any questions, Steve made himself available. The cleanup was very thorough. I would highly recommend Spicer Bros. To Steve and his crew, thank you.

The window men Eddie and Devin who did installation of 3 new windows I had done August 14 were amazing they came early as expected and I thought I would hv a problem with my dog even my dog loved them, they told me they have dogs of their own that was a big plus too. Because I work at nights did not get a chance to take down my curtains and blinds and Eddie was amazing he told no worries he would do that and put everything back. I never saw such excellent workmanship,team work Devin was also amazing he worked in the outside and D Eddie on the inside, what a wonderful job I now also have rebuilt window sills on the inside wider than ever wow!! Thank you so much Eddie and Devin excellent 10 Star I rate you!!! I will recommend all my friends to have you do their windows and also not to forget Greg who installed my new toilet in my bathroom thank excellent job Greg I love how it operates too!! And also I Cannot forget the heart of Spicer Brothers Haille and the rest of the office crew.Thank you Haille you rock and for helping me get Joe the salesman over to my house immediately thank you Joe also. Of I did not wanted to forget the bathroom tub wall covering I had done by Jeff master craftsman and especially Dre shout out for Dre who came back today August 15 to co.ete bathroom, and again my dog just loved Dre and Jeff also, Dre and Jeff explained in detail when finished how to operate my new massaging magnetic faucet to me and my family and they vacuumed also and cleaned up everything wow I was so 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 excellent job I recommend this crew the bathroom crew Jeff and Dre and Greg amazing excellent workmanship non. Got a brand new roof. Sales guy Dustin was awesome. They came out a month after we signed the contract and the construction went great.

Matt did a great job presenting and providing options for a new roof. Brandon and crew really shined during the installation process. He explained the different steps as they proceeded. Did the entire job in 2 days. The clean up was nothing shy of amazing. Like they were never there. Great customer service from start to finish. Was also the cheapest of 3 quotes. Thomas Portmann
