Thank you all for doing such a great job. Love our windows & door!
They are " true professionals" at Spicer Brothers. !! From the first day Brian inspected the house and provided an estimate we were impressed. They strive to educate you about all the things involved with roofing options. The 3 teams that were at our house were friendly and hard working. They involve you in the entire process. The work has been completed and we could not be more pleased. The catch phrase they use " For Your Last Roof" truly rings through the process of getting a beautiful new roof was a pleasure with this awesome company. Thank you for our LAST roof.
My husband and I are so glad that we selected Spicer Bros. to install a new roof and 2 sky lights on our home. The administrative rep, Kelly was very helpful and friendly. Eric and his team of workers did excellent work, very professional and dependable. The carpenters were great and had PERFECTLY installed the sky lights! What a difference in the amount of light that came through! We would like to send our greatest appreciation to everyone for your hard work and dedication. Our roof is absolutely beautiful! Take a bow Spicer Bros., you deserve it! 5 Stars!
A stellar experience in professionalism and caring. When you are told they will treat you as their 'only' customer, they mean it.
The estimate was thoroug and complete. When they arrive they come fully prepared and work in an orchestrated methodology that is nearly mesmerizing to watch. They know exactly what they are doing and what needs to be done using superior quality materials to safe-guard your home. When they say "your last roof" they mean it. This is a company you can trust to deliver on what they say they will. I couldn't be more pleased, even surprised on the repairs I didn't think possible. Spicer Bros. Construction, Inc. is a most honorable company, the owner, Brian Spicer, is a man of his word, count on him.
I live in the Caine Woods community in O.C. Md. On Friday, May 20, I had the opportunity to watch your roofing operation in my neighborhood during the that day. My MHIC is 33243 and I have been in business for over 50 years. I would be very proud of the crew that I watched during that day. From the time they arrived to the end of completion it was like watching a fine tuned machine. I spoke with Eric during that time and asked for your cards to give to my customers when in need a competent roofer. That was a difficult roof yet it was completed in that day. Your commercials are good on TV but nothing like watching a company that knows what they are doing. This town has had more fly by nights in the roofing business but Spicer Brothers get an A+
Brian,
Thank you for your excellent service. Our roof was damaged in the recent storm, and your company had it repaired promptly and efficiently. We will recommend you to our friends and neighbors.
To the Staff, from this years Delmarva's Neediest Roof winner,
Dear Spicer Brothers,
After all my shock has settled in and my roof is truly installed I've finally stopped believing this was a dream. I'm going to start off by saying I have never ever won anything a day in my life. Never a scratch off from the MD lottery, never a First grade spelling bee, not even a free burger from McDonald's monopoly. So, needless to say winning a roof that costs thousands of dollars and it was something my children and I needed the most this holiday season, I consider this a true blessing. The next thing I feel obligated to say is that everyone involved with Spicer Bros and this entire process has been nothing but professional and the entire staff made me feel so welcomed and so special. From Brian surprising me on my doorstep, to Melissa helping me pick out a color and style to the entire installation crew on construction day. Having a new roof has really lifted a burden off my shoulders. Last week with all the rain, it was so nice not to worry about leaks! My daughter's room has been easier to heat as there is no longer a gigantic hole above her room. These may be little things to some folks, but they are enormous blessings to me. Third, I am so grateful to the community and everyone that voted for me. I know everyone has a story to tell and there are so many people out there just as deserving as myself, so grabbing the attention of the voters makes me feel privileged. Last but not least, I wanted to let everyone know about something my story did not share. All year long I have dreaded the first day of December. Most of you instantly turn your holiday spirit switch on as soon as the calendar page turned to December turns to December, but I would toss and turn all night long. The reason for this is my grandmother, Shirley McCready of Cambridge, MD passed away last December in 2014. Therefore, that meant the one year anniversary of losing my grandmother was approaching. Most people will learn to accepts this within a few months, but my situation is a bit different. Back in 1989 before I was born my biological father was killed in a automobile accident. A few months later, I was born. My mother married my step father who I'm also forever grateful for but pieces inside me often wondered about my biological father. What did his voice sound like, his favorite color, etc. The only answers and person that could provide me with stories and memories was my grandmother. She would often joke as I was a child and say I unknowingly mimicked some of his behaviors like rinsing off my dinner plate before getting seconds even though it was the exact some meal, little quirks like that. Losing my grandmother, to me, was also like losing my father because to me he lived through the talks and memories my grandmother would provide me with. When December came the memories of my grandmother saddened me knowing I had gone a whole year without her. When Brian had surprised me at the door on December 2nd he brought a sense of security to me that my grandmother used to bring me. It was the same feeling my grandmother would give me and it was something like "no matter what is going on in your life, everything will be okay." Now, the holiday have coma and gone and 2015 is behind me. I wanted to thank God for his many blessings and the strength to get me through all the not so great times this year and Spicer Bros. Construction for providing me with not only a brand new roof, but a sense of relief just like my grandmother once did. I am forever grateful and no number of words could ever express my gratitude to you for making this possible for me and people like myself.
-Feeling Blessed!

Hi Kelly,
I'm sorry I could not respond to the email from Eric but I don't do social media. I do, however, want to tell everyone about my experience.
I couldn't be more satisfied with my new roof by Spicer Brothers Construction. From the first contact with Mike, the estimator, to the knowledge and assistance of Christie in customer service, to the scheduling by Tony to meeting my needs and the incredible efficiency by the installers and Eric that supervised the job, the entire experience was a pleasure. In addition, I have never had a contractor clean-up so completely.
Great Job by all!!
I will be sure to recommend Spicer Brothers to all my friends. I would give them a 6 star rating if it were allowed!
Thank you!
